Dear Comrades,

Sincere greetings from your sister organization Eritrean Movement for Democracy and Human Rights (EMDHR), Sweden, working in this part of the world, to serve the same cause - promoting democracy and human rights in our beloved country, Eritrea.

Dear Comrades,

We recognize the fact that  has came a long way to be where it is now. It started with few people, with almost non-existent resources, and under extremely difficult conditions.  Its members have faced a lot of obstacles and uncertainty. Despite all these,  Qalna Eritrean Human Rights Group in Toronto
 prevailed and is blossoming everyday.  You have proved to many that a group of few but determined people can achieve the unthinkable despite all the challenges. You have shown to all democratic forces that victory is attainable if we all remain focused on democratizing Eritrea. You lived by example on what relentless dedication and determination of individuals can achieve. At this moment every Eritrea-loving individual has none but admiration for Qalna Eritrean Human Rights Group in Toronto. We would like to congratulate you all for that.

On the occasion of your 1st annual congress, EMDHR(Sweden) would like to express strong solidarity with you.  Congratulating you on the spirit of resistance, we wish you all the success in this congress and in all other future endeavors you do to bring dignity back to the Eritrean people.

Once again EMDHR (Sweden) feels honored and warm by the mere presence of a sister organization so bold and strong.
